Bio-Remediation Process
Phase One
Planning
- Create a customized plan specific to your home, based on an assessment performed by the environmental testing company.
- Provide a walkthrough with our Demo and Contents lead to answer questions and walk you through every step of the process.
- Answer all your questions and help you with all the things you need to do to prepare for your project.
Phase Two

- Your possessions are valuable, but they are also making you sick. We do our best to clean as many things as possible, as having to discard items can be painful. But you can always count on us to tell you the truth when it comes to saving your things. Every item that returns to your home needs to be cleaned to ensure it isn’t the source of your illness.
- Clean and pack each and every item to ensure a successful project.
- Provide inventory, tracking, documentation, and valuation services.
- If you are interested in saving time and money, we will work side by side with you and help you participate in the process.
Phase Three
Demolition
- Provide virtually the same process as traditional remediation services, with a few additions to ensure project success.
- Remove all source mold and affected materials.
- Set up containment chambers to aid in diagnostics.
- Tightline to ensure minimal air exchange between diagnostic areas.
Phase Four
Structure Cleaning
- Clean your home microbially to a level unapparelled by anyone in our industry.
- Provide three different levels of quality assurance to ensure that each project has the highest opportunity to succeed.
- Provide follow-up services to guard against latent mold contamination.
Phase Five
Rebuild (optional)
- While we do our very best to remove as little as possible from your home or building, some rebuild is inevitable as part of virtually every successful bio-remediation.
- We have the contacts and talent to be able to put your home back the way it was prior to the project.
Phase Six
Pack Back (optional)
- Level one: Move all boxes back into the home.
- Level two: Move all boxes back into the rooms they came from.
- Level three: Unpack all items and put back in place, based on location prior to project.
Phase Seven
Ongoing Maintenance (optional)
- We’ll provide a lite version of our bio-remediation services as part of a routine housekeeping process.
- We’ll perform services weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on your level of need and desire.
